BKF Carbon- und Glasfaser

BKF CS Acrylharz-Verbundwerkstoffen sind mit großem Sorgfalt gewählt und von bester Qualität, speziell entwickelt als gebrauchsfertiges Versteifungsmaterial für die Orthopädie. Erhältlich als Platte (1200x500mm) oder als passfertige Sohle, flach und auf verschiedene Weise verformt. Natürlich sind die Acylharzplatten auch ohne Faser erhältlich, aber verstärkt mit Glas- oder Kohlefasern sind sie echt einzigartig in ihrer Art und Festigkeit.




Das System wird in einem speziellen Produktionsverfahren aus speziell ausgedachte Acrylharzen und sorgfältig ausgewählten Materialien hergestellt. Die Verbundwerkstoffe sind thermoplastisch anpassbar und können auch nachträglich thermisch verformt werden. Die Bearbeitbarkeit ist leicht, maximale Verformungstemperatur liegt zwischen 150°C für die ‘HF’ Varianten, den Rest auf 140°C. Etwa 3 bis 8 Minuten in einem normalen Heißluftoderen sind ideal, aber es hängt immer vom Materialdicke, und andere Details und Umständen ab.
