Voetmanschap processes your personal data because you use our services and/or

Our website and/or our service do
not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot
check whether a visitor is older than 16 years. We therefore encourage parents
to be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent
data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are

long we keep personal data
Voetmanschap does
not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve
the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the
following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: 2
years.
Voetmanschap does
not sell your data to third parties and will only pass it on if this is
necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal
obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with
companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of
security and confidentiality of your data. Voetmanschap remains responsible for
these processing operations.
Disclosure

Voetmanschap shares
your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the
execution of the contract and to comply with legal obligations. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your
data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of
your data. Voetmanschap remains responsible for these processing operations. In
addition, Voetmanschap passes on your personal data to other third parties. These are the manufacturers that Voetmanschap
works with, i.e. H. Vaupel Orthopädie Technik GmbH, Beil GmbH,
W.R.Lang GmbH, Vitamin Swiss and Dr.Comfort Benelux – all with the sole purpose
of facilitating delivery.
Voetmanschap only
uses technical and functional cookies. And analytical
cookies that do not invade your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is
stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit this website for
the first time. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning
of the website and your user-friendliness. They ensure that the website works

request for access was made by you, we ask that you attach a copy of your proof
of identity to the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, the MRZ
(machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport),
the passport number and the citizen service number (BSN) black. This is to
protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but
within four weeks.

we protect personal data
Voetmanschap takes
the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent
misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized
modification. If you have the impression that your data is not sufficiently
