These insoles are made from an up to 8-layer thermoplastic laminate layer structure. This creates both stable and flexible zones in the overall construction of the Inlay. The different layers fill the "natural" cavities of the foot. That counts this product is one of the thinnest and most stable insoles on the market. Very simple thermal forming at approx. 90 øC in a hot air oven or selectively with a hot air dryer. Individual overall constructions (layer structure, insert shape, etc.) are possible with the appropriate order quantity.
