ASTI-L PUR rigid foam essentially corresponds to ASTI-OP. but with a --- clearly delayed reaction --- and therefore a longer processing time. This allows z. B. the foaming several strips in one process. ASTI-L 500 is the strongest last foam in the ASTI-L line. With a density of 500 kg/m³ and a foaming factor of 2.2, it is easy to nail and mechanically highly resilient. With a density of 400 kg/m³ and a foaming factor, ASTI-L 400 is one popular version for all uses. It is easy to nail and grind. ASTI-L 250 is the lightest rigid foam in the ASTI-L line. With a density of 250 kg/m³ and a foaming factor of approx. 4.4 he likes to use for components used with low mechanical stress. ASI-L 250 is very good grindable. ASTI-B is used as the B component for all ASTI-L settings.
