BKF carbon and fiberglass

BKF CS acrylic resin composite materials are selected with great care and are of the best quality, specifically developed as a ready-to-use stiffening material for orthopedics. Available as a plate (1200x500mm) or as a ready-to-fit sole, flat and deformed in various ways. Of course, the acyl resin panels are also available without fiber, but reinforced with glass or carbon fiber they are truly unique in their type and strength.

The system is manufactured in a special production process from specially designed acrylic resins and carefully selected materials. The composite materials are thermoplastically adaptable and can also be subsequently thermally deformed. The machinability is easy, maximum deformation temperature is between 150°C for the 'HF' variants, the rest at 140°C. About 3 to 8 minutes in a regular hot air dryer is ideal, but it always depends on the material thickness, and other details and circumstances.
