ASTI-OP 700 has a density of approx. 700 kg/m³ and a foaming factor of approx. 1.6 the most stable and firmest foam in the ASTI-OP line. Especially suitable for the production of mechanically highly stressed positive molds and models. e.g. B. Shoe-. Inlay lasts and tip allowances. ASTI-OP 500 is the most used setting in orthopedics shoe technology. With a foaming factor of approx. 2.2 and a density of approx. 500 kg/ m³ it has the most commonly used setting of PUR rigid foams. ASTI-OP 500 & 700 are very easy to nail. ASTI-OP 300 is a light rigid foam for thermoforming models. for the production cosmetic coverings in prosthesis construction etc. With a foaming factor of approx. 3.7 and a density of 300 kg/m³, it is light and easy to sand.
